18 Sep elanev wins another industry award!

elanev won the prestigious Credit & Collections Technology Award 2018 as part of the UKCCC2018 Conference. The award was voted for by an expert panel of independent judges.

The award was presented for the best Vulnerable Customer and Identification solution, which is the second year the elanev product has won the award.

The Dialer Optimization solution was also shortlisted into the final within the Best Contact Centre solution category. This is the first year the Dialer Optimization solution has been submitted for consideration for an industry award.
