16 Aug Dialer Optimization in the Final for Technology Award
Two elanev products have been shortlisted for the final of the UK Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2018.
The elanev Dialer Optimization Solution has shortlisted for the Best Contact Centre Solution Category and the elanev Vulnerability Screening product has been shortlisted in the Best Vulnerability Solution Cateogry.
The elanev Dialer Optimization Solution product has increased the call centre capacity with two UK clients by 30 and 40% respectively and is available in the US, UK, Spain and Italy.
The elanev Vulnerability Screen is a UK product and provides a compliant assessment of the risk of customers being financial vulnerability through the application of a dynamic and forward looking data-set. The elanev Vulnerability Screen won the award in 2017 and has been significantly enhanced since last year!

The award ceremony will be held on the evening of 13th September as part of the CSA’s 2018 UK Credit and Collections Conference in Stratford-upon-Avon.
